We are so excited to have you interested in partnering with Carson-Newman University through C-N Serve Day! Our hope is that students will get the opportunity to experience serving others together and that you will get the chance to share with students the work you are doing to impact this area.
This year, C-N Serve day will be held on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025.
Please fill out the form below as soon as possible to let us know how we can best organize students to serve at your location so we can get that coordinated for you!
A Carson-Newman Serve-Day representative will be in touch no later than the end of August. We will contact you again in September once students are on campus and have signed up to serve at your site to confirm final details and answer any last minute questions you may have at that point. Note: Students will leave C-N on Wednesday September 24th at approximately 9:30 AM to head directly to your sight location. Please plan to receive students at your site between 9:30-10:00 (depending on how close you are to campus). Many students will need to leave by or before 12:00PM.
Great project ideas for student volunteers that meet this time 1-2hr time limit are:
-Deep Cleaning (wipe surfaces, dust baseboards, bookshelves, clean floors, corners, chairs, kid toys, etc.)
-Yardwork (pulling weeds, watering plants, picking up trash or leaves, etc.)
-Organizing donations or materials
-Hospitality projects – having students write handwritten scriptures or notes to give clients or staff, asking students to pray together over your organization (give them prayer points), or preparing freezer meals ahead of time for future hospitality needs.
